DETAILS
The vineyard is located on the heights of Entre-deux-mers, 10 km from Saint Emilion. Its unique feature is a stone quarry that was used to build the manor. Today, it is used for aging red wines in oak barrels.
Traditional vinification, pneumatic pressing, fermentation regulated at 18°C. This wine is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks for 8 months to preserve the varietal aromas of the Sauvignon and maintain excellent freshness.
