The vineyard is located on the heights of Entre-deux-Mers, 10 km from Saint Emilion. Its unique feature is a stone quarry that was used to build the manor. Today, it is used for aging red wines in oak barrels.
The quality of the red grapes comes from careful work in the vineyard. Rigorous selection during harvesting (grape varieties and plots are vinified separately). Classic Bordeaux vinification: destemming, fermentation between 25 and 30°. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks to achieve more complexity, malolactic fermentation.
