The vineyard is located on the heights of Entre-deux-mers, 10 km from Saint Emilion. Its unique feature is a stone quarry, which was used to build the manor. Today, it is used for aging red wines in oak barrels.
The quality of the red grapes comes from careful work in the vineyard. Rigorous selection of the harvest (grape varieties and plots are vinified separately). Classic Bordeaux vinification: destemming, fermentation between 25 and 30°. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks to obtain more complexity, malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels in the manor's stone cellar.
