The vineyard is located on the heights of the Entre-deux-mers, 10 km from Saint Emilion. Its unique feature is a stone quarry that provided the stone for the manor house. Today, it is used for aging red wines in oak barrels.
The quality of the red grapes comes from meticulous work in the vineyard. Rigorous selection of the harvest (grape varieties and plots are vinified separately). Classic Bordeaux vinification: destemming, fermentation between 25 and 30°. Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks to obtain more complexity, malolactic fermentation. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% new barrels, in the manor's stone cellar.
